We can advise on everything from machine selection to preventative maintenance and repair, coffee choice, finance options and more.
We want you to be happy with your choice, not only when your shiny new coffee machine is installed, but four and five years later when it is still going strong.
Our engineers are all experts in the machines we sell
They’ll set-up your coffee machine to your requirements. When they install it, they’ll show you how to use and clean it, making sure you’re happy with the drinks before they leave.
Our service contracts cover preventative maintenance, filter changes and repairs. You can rely on us for on-going telephone and email support too.
If a problem does occur, our engineers will be on site with you to resolve any issues within 6 hours of callout in London, and 24 hours nationwide - your coffee machine will be up and running before you know it!

Roast & Ground’s range has been refined over many years and includes coffees to match every mood and moment.
All our coffees are speciality grade, ethically-sourced and fully traceable. Most are certified Rainforest Alliance or Fairtrade. We’re also the proud holders of a two-star Great Taste Award for our freshly roasted Rwandan Single Origin Mugonero.
And because we want you to enjoy coffee at its very best, our beans are freshly roasted, we offer small pack sizes and encourage smaller, more frequent orders.
