With each piece of coffee equipment whether sold, leased or free on loan we will provide a full service and maintenance contract that goes beyond emergency breakdown repairs. Well maintained equipment improves reliability, drink quality, and ultimately customer satisfaction.
We offer a full daily hygiene and filling service for coffee machines to our customers. Should you wish to do this yourselves and minimise costs we offer customers specific training for each coffee machine. At Roast and Ground we understand that drink quality can be seriously effected by poorly cleaned equipment so training and quality checks are important in maintaining standards.
