As a small office environment, representing 15 people, they required something that was low-cost but also offered delegates on their courses the option of enjoying a quality cup of coffee during their visit.

The Cino Grande bean-to-cup coffee machine met their budget and has proved to be a well suited solution to their needs. With granular milk, decaf instant coffee and chocolate drink options, the machine has been well received. We also supply tea and other consumables to widen their drinks range.

The engineering team at Roast & Ground is really professional and knowledgeable. We always receive our orders on time, and since we have signed up for routine care by Roast & Ground's engineers, our coffee machine has been working well

Case Study: Lightsource

As the UK’s leading solar energy company, Lightsource has established a proven and unrivalled track record in the design, installation and management of solar PV projects across the country. They were due to move into a newly fitted-out office, and required a modern office drinks solution to reflect the technology-driven nature of their business. Due to the number of machines they were planning to purchase, Lightsource was looking for an inexpensive solution that would still be reliable in offering high-quality drinks to their rapidly growing numbers of staff.

We supplied Lightsource with three Rex Royal S300 bean to cup coffee machines, with fresh milk and granular milk and chocolate drink options. The machines were installed, along with an on-site service contract for parts and labour. We continue to provide filter changes and give an annual service.
