Planning, installation and Set-up
We’ll get you up and running with a minimum of fuss and make sure everything’s running smoothly from day one.
As workplace coffee experts, we put the best equipment in the right position, make sure it fits perfectly and advise on the necessary power and water requirements.
Working with on-site builders and/or contractors? No problem! We’ll liaise directly with them and ensure the correct utilities are all in the right place in time for installation.
On-site maintenance contracts and filter changes
Our on-site maintenance service – which comes as standard with any Roast & Ground service contract – is first class.
It covers everything from preventative maintenance visits to drinks quality monitoring, filter changes, staff training, and ongoing phone, video and email support.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your machine, we’ll diagnose the fault quickly and fit all required replacement parts as necessary, to get your machine up and running again as swiftly as possible.


Cleaning, restocking and other services
Free your staff to concentrate fully on what they do best with our coffee machine valet services.
For complete peace of mind, we offer machine cleaning services on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
We’re happy to take responsibility for ensuring your machine is filled and to monitor its performance and schedule maintenance calls on your behalf. We’ll even contact you regularly to take consumables orders, if you’d like us to!
For some customers, we do all of the above – the choice is entirely yours.

At Roast & Ground, we run drinks quality audits every time we visit, checking the espresso and adjusting your grinder as needed – it’s all part of the service.
Office coffee tastings? We’re always happy to oblige. In our experience, the best way to find the right coffee for your team is to trial them for a month or so before choosing your favourites. We’d love to help you with that, too.


Fresh, filtered water
Fresh filtered water takes superb coffee to another level, and keeps your machine in peak working order too.

Whether you’re looking for taps or dispensers, we’ll put them under the same handy service agreement as your office coffee machine – as always: keeping things easy for you.
PSSR inspections for commercial coffee machines
At Roast & Ground, we make sure all our customers have everything they need for great coffee at work – this includes PSSR testing or Pressure Systems Safety Regulations inspections on commercial coffee machines.
If your machine has a steam boiler (and only certain models do) our engineers are qualified to perform the test and supply your annual inspection certificate via an independent accreditation partner.

Many of our machines come with telemetry, which allows our expert engineers to diagnose problems and make non-mechanical adjustments remotely, so your machine’s brewing happily once again, pronto.
We also offer on-going training support as required and, if things need adjusting, just let us know! We can tweak drinks to suit your personal taste, offer coffee changes two times a year, and make other adjustments to accommodate things like new crockery.
