Our engineers are trained in the commercial coffee machines we sell. They will install your coffee machine and make sure you are happy with the drinks before they leave. They’ll show you how to use the machine and provide training on how to clean it. You can rely on us for on-going telephone and email support too.
We provide Service Contracts to cover preventative maintenance, filter changes and repairs. Our engineers will be on hand to resolve any issues within 6 hours of callout in London (often far quicker), and 24 hours nationwide – so you can rest assured if there is a problem, your coffee machine be up and running before you know it.
