Rental coffee machines

The decision of whether to buy, rent or lease a coffee machine depends on your situation. If your organisation has the resources, buying a coffee machine could work. Otherwise, renting or leasing a coffee machine provides all the same benefits without the upfront investment.

Renting an ex-site commercial coffee machine is a quick, cheap and hassle-free way to benefit from delicious coffee. Leasing means you can have a new machine to your very own specification which you pay to use over a 3 year or 5 year period. There is no ‘best’ way to have delicious coffee day after day. Only the way that works best for you.

You will usually receive full maintenance cover and regular servicing as part of a coffee machine rental agreement. For a lease machine this is usually billed separately to the lease payments.

A bean to cup coffee machine is one that can take a roasted coffee bean and turn it into fresh coffee. Rather than using sachets or instant freeze dried granules, this type of machine will grind the coffee bean, prepare the water and create the perfect espresso made under pressure, just like a barista would. It will then add the appropriate amounts of additional water, milk and milk foam as required, to create the full range of coffee shop favourites.

We certainly can supply the coffee to go with your rented coffee machine! We currently have a selection of specially curated coffees covering every part of the taste spectrum.
Our coffee range has been honed over 18 years and includes Nine to Five, Powwow, Molten Toffee, Pura Decaf, Pick Me Up, Borough Blend and Time Out.

If your machine also makes hot chocolate or other drinks, we supply those too, as well as the cleaning items required for the machine.

We can deliver your coffee on a schedule or you can order as required.
